Amélie. A dilemma. Whether I want to or not, eventually I give a working title to each cover I do. This particular piece by Yann Tiersen got that one from me. I made the concept up fairly fast in my head regarding how to rework a wonderful soundtrack originally consisting of piano pieces entirely. I had way more trouble with the execution. I do not think I have ever had to do as many takes as I did with this one. Anyway, what is certain is that I was determined to cover it and even though it made me sweat, it got done.
